Dial a Nerd Business is a division of Nerdworks created to meet the demand of SMEs requiring a rapid, professional response to their ongoing IT support and maintenance needs. Dial a Nerd has always focused on home and small business users, and the creation of Dial a Nerd Business has allowed us to widen that focus to assist larger organisations.
Dial a Nerd Business grew out of Dial a Nerd, a home support company started by Colin Thornton in 1998. Formerly known as Network Nerds, Dial a Nerd Business was started in 2003 by two senior nerds, taking friendly Dial a Nerd support service and augmenting it with quicker response times, service level agreements and more experienced technicians to suit the corporate environment.
